As an entrepreneur, he has been highly successful in the plastic industry, where he has handled marketing, production, and finance. His engineering background has been invaluable in this field, allowing him to optimize production processes and improve product quality. In addition to his engineering skills, Srinivas has also developed strong marketing and finance skills, which have helped him grow his business.

After his successful stint in Texmo Pumps, Satya Reddy joined Nandi Pipes, where he worked for more than 20 years. During this time, he served as the Plant & Marketing Manager for Telangana. He demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the production process and ensuring that products met the highest standards of quality. He also played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that helped the company grow its market share.

After his long tenure at Nandi Pipes, Satya Reddy started his own companies - Manjeera PVC Products Pvt Ltd and KPR Poly Pipes. As an entrepreneur, he was responsible for handling the marketing and production aspects of the business.
